Silvia holds an MBA from IESE and is a serving board member of a number of companies. Prior to dedicating her time to full time consultancy and training, Silvia held the position of CEO for a multi-national manufacturing organization and her vast experience includes deal making on a global scale.
Silvia is a native French speaker and has a 1st language capability in Spanish and Italian in addition to English. She has successfully delivered assignments in all 4 languages for multinational organizations including Pfizer and Nestle.
