Stephen Rhodes BA (Hons) ACA is a coach with Imperium Negotiations, a management consultancy which enables the new class of elite business negotiators to immediately save time and money, increase their earnings and build mutually rewarding, long term relationships.


Stephen enjoys being a consultant skills coach with Imperium Negotiations and facilitates coaching sessions to enable participants to understand how to build mutually rewarding, long term relationships with business partners.


Stephen gained his most valuable negotiation skills while working in the travel industry for airlines and tour operators. Being the middleman in the supply chain meant he was negotiating deals with numerous travel suppliers and then negotiating with travel agents to sell his holidays to the general public. He has negotiated throughout his career, selling businesses, setting up partnerships, structuring third party incentive deals, agreeing staff contracts and strongly believes everything you do has a business skill associated with it.


He has over 25 years’ experience at board level, managing businesses with over 300 staff. He has significant business turnaround, restructuring and sales growth experience, where his leadership, team building, negotiating and change management skills have led to him identify cost savings, growth opportunities, and profit opportunities throughout his business career. Some of the companies he has worked for are British Airways Holidays, Travelbag, Thistle Hotels, Monarch Airlines, and TNT Express.


Stephen’s style is described by clients as insightful, motivational, and friendly, always assisting participants in realizing their negotiation skills potential. His passion outside coaching is sport mainly golf, tennis, football and international rugby matches.
