  • Proven experience as a Negotiation Trainer, Negotiation Consultant, or similar role

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds

  • Flexibility to travel to various locations as required

  • Reliable internet and power supply at home/office
