I am the Founder & Managing Director of Business Negotiation Solutions Limited (BNS), Headquartered in London. In our business we specialise in helping organisations and individuals to save time, increase profits and reduce expenses through the use of a combination of innovative and proven negotiation strategies, techniques, tools and tactics. I have had the privilege of delivering consulting and training assignments in 38 countries covering most major industries and I have been involved in negotiating transactions worth more than $ 4 billion in total to date.

So what is my motivation for starting a blog?

My motivation for starting this blog is to provide you with valuable information that you can use to improve your circumstances through improving your negotiation skills. You see, I know that if I am able to provide you with real help that will improve your real life negotiation outcomes I will achieve 2 things:

1. I will be continuously tapped into the real issues faced by people like you on a day to day basis.

2. I will establish mutually rewarding relationships with like minded individuals from across the world.

I will therefore do 2 main things on this blog:

1. Provide you with my thoughts, views and recommendations on the strategies, techniques, tools and tactics that you can deploy to improve the outcomes of your negotiations - specifically business related negotiations but not excluding negotiations in general.

2. Respond to your questions, comments and views on negotiations in the workplace.

I will be posting new content on this blog on a regular basis (at least once a week) and it will include references to videos, books, podcasts and other media that contain useful information on the topic of negotiation. I will start off by covering the key principles that underpin all successful negotiations and then we'll move on to look at the different strategies, tactics and techniques available to you to significantly and immediately improve the quality of your transactions and relationships.

I will closely monitor all comments made on the blog and invite you to post your questions in the comments section so that I can respond to them in future posts.
